Spoke with Tony about a year before we intended to buy and greased the skids to find what we ultimately wanted to purchase. Lo and behold, it was like everyone else had the same idea to buy a house at the same time. Tony's expertise and local knowledge of the market as the insaneness it was when we decided to buy was paramount in our being able to secure a home. He patiently worked with us as we dipped our feet in some options that would have ultimately been a down size and helped us find a house that was within 24 hrs of listing that it seemed no one else was expecting that fit what we had imagined for our new home. His understanding of what the market was currently demanding made it so our offer was too good to refuse and we were under contract hours into it being listed. His team that he has amassed is all you would ever need when you buy and everything was beyond smooth. I don't plan on moving in the near future but know I will be advocating for how much Tony was able to make it feel like the market for purchasing a house right now is not bananas. Brandon was so helpful, especially in remote walk throughs. He assisted me when I wasn't able to get to the local area to see homes, especially since they are selling great! Again with the market being so competitive, it took multiple offers/contracts on multiple homes but Brandon never quit. Brandon worked so hard to make this difficult condo sale finally close without a hitch. He had a network of complementary professionals that worked with us during the 4 months that it took to correct the problems with this 1974 condo with a complicated HOA and an old and very serious heating/water/sewage connections/flooring history. However, the condo had inspiring lakefront views, outdoor spaces, isolation and a mountain resort setting that made it worth resolving all the issues. Brandon took the time to solve all the issues by endlessly communicating, documenting, inspecting personally, communicating again, and building trust. Brandon's cheerful and patient personality made it easy to remain optimistic and cheerful along with him. Meanwhile he showed me additional condos within 24 hours of my request. And our work paid off. I am proud to recommend Brandon and he will list the house that I am ready to sell after 24 years.
